I had the pleasure of working with Stonefox Photography when we hired Cheryl Thompson Cameron to photograph our most significant fundraising event, a dinner dance gala held at Pleasant Valley Country Club on September 23, 2005.

During the course of the evening, Cheryl worked with her husband, J. Kent Cameron to digitally photograph our 250 guests as they arrived, in table groups, and candidly while dancing and socializing. They shot features such as the band, flower arrangements, food, decorations and other aspects to provide a full photographic summary of the evening. The couple worked unobtrusively and captured a glamorous evening that made people feel special in a way that did not distract from the comfort of the setting. Everyone complimented their approach to their work.

The edited photos were placed by Stonefox Photography on the web site Webshots. The site received more than 3,000 visits and I received fantastic feedback from our guests regarding how pleased they were with their photos, how easy it was to share photos with family and friends, and how simple it was to order high quality photos for personal use and gifts. As per our contract, Stonefox Photography provided me with a CD of high-resolution photographs for future marketing and promotional purposes and they delivered beautiful 5" by 7" photographs of our sponsors that they matted and inscribed with the name. I selected these keepsake photos from the Webshots catalogue and Stonefox Photography produced the images on archival paper and delivered them to my office in a most timely way. I gave these photos to our delighted sponsors as a token of our appreciation for their support. The event produced $35,000.00 in proceeds for our non-profit organization. The exposure of our sponsors’ participation through the many Webshots visits was meaningful both to them and to us when considering future support.

My associates and I praise the quality of Cheryl and Kent’s work and the approach they took to our event to the fullest. I strongly recommend Stonefox Photography for any event in which one wants to document both the people present and the fun and atmosphere enjoyed by all. Cheryl and Kent are true professionals with a streak of perfectionism that yields great results.
